Wyoming Board of Dental Examiners

IMPORTANT PROCESSING NOTICE

As the board staff enters their busy season, we remind you that we experience a significant increase in the volume of applications, phone calls, and emails we receive, which causes delays in our processing and response times.

Please note that our processing times increase to approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks from the date a complete application has been received in our office during our busy season. If you have not heard from the Board Office within six (6) weeks of submitting your application, please do not hesitate to contact our office regarding the status of an application. Prior to six (6) weeks after submitting an application, it will not have been processed. It is extremely critical that applicants carefully review the application instructions and submit a complete packet; otherwise, the processing times mentioned above may increase.

Lastly, when contacting our office, please only leave one voicemail or send us one email. Multiple calls or emails will further delay response time and processing. Your questions are important to us, and we will do our best to respond as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time!

IMPORTANT UPDATES

CAUTION!! The Wyoming Board of Dental Examiners has been made aware of a phishing email sent to licensees appearing to be from dentalboard@wyo.gov or one of the Board members. If you inspect these emails, you may notice it was actually sent from another email account that has NO affiliation with the Board of Dental Examiners. If received, you are advised to delete this and/or report it as phishing to your email provider. Do not open any links in these emails.

Going forward, please exercise great caution and verify emails are actually from dentalboard@wyo.gov and not another source. On rare occasions, emails may also come directly from Emily Cronbaugh, Executive Director; Felisha Ojeda, Licensing Specialist; or Amanda Best, Compliance Officer. If you're ever in doubt, feel free to call our office or forward your email to us for confirmation.

The Wyoming Board of Dental Examiners is staffed through the Professional Licensing Boards Office, a division of A&I.
